1. Over 200 Directly Employed Cleaners

We have offices in Glasgow, Livingston and Kinross, serving more than 200 clients on a daily basis throughout Scotland. We have a labour force of over 200 directly employed cleaning operatives across our branches. This means that we have a vast pool of cleaners that we can call on to provide cover cleaning for sicknesses and absences.

In order to ensure that your premises are covered to the same high standard in the event of any absences, we train all cover cleaners by having them shadow your permanent cleaner and ensure that they are familiar with the task schedule.

This is all co-ordinated by your dedicated Area Manager.

2. Mobile Cleaning Teams

We operate a team of mobile cleaners who can provide cover cleaning for short term absences and emergencies. This ensures that we can react quickly and provide a continuous service to our clients when it matters the most.

Our mobile cleaning teams are experienced and highly trained which enables us to deliver a consistent service to our clients.

3. Industry Leading Cleaner Retention

We are proud to have industry-leading cleaner retention rates. We value all of our cleaners and ensure we are communicating with them regularly.

This results in minimized absences and allows us to deliver a consistent service to our clients over years. When emergencies do occur, we are informed directly by the cleaners and can arrange suitable cover.

4. Communication With Clients

Through our Area Managers, we have a dedicated point of contact for all of our clients. This means that we keep in touch with clients through emails, calls and site visits.

This communication allows us to build long-term relationships with our clients and eliminate any problems that occur.


In the unfortunate cases where short term emergencies occur, we will always work with you to arrange alternatives.
